You may during your lifetime come up against difficult, confusing and sometimes painful experiences. As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I will offer you the opportunity through Person Centred Counselling to discuss your thoughts, feelings and concerns in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place.
I provide a confidential and professional counselling service. If you are currently experiencing difficulties in your personal or work life and notice these issues are effecting your physical and emotional well being then perhaps the time has come to talk to someone. I believe in the importance of the counselling relationship so will do my best to provide a safe and nourishing environment to give you the space and support to help identify areas you are finding difficulty with.
Sometimes when we are being listened to and supported, we gain a greater understanding of ourselves and this awareness may enable us to realise that we have the resources within ourselves to cope with different life changes and also view our problems in a different way.
As a Person Centred Therapist, I believe in working alongside and at my clients pace never forcing or directing you. In my experience this way of working helps clients to believe in themselves and their capabilities and allows you to fully access your own powerful resources.
I choose to work as a Person Centred Therapist as this type of therapy deals with the whole of the person allowing them to explore their experiences, feelings and sensations and I find person-centred therapy accords with my own experience and philosophy.
Below I have listed a guide to the therapies I offer, though this list is not exclusive and if you were seeking something else, feel free to contact me and I can let you know if I am able to help. More information is available within my site on some of these therapies.
